INGREDIENTS: italian organic  wholewheat semolina from durum wheat, Verna soft wheat flower, water.

ALLERGENS: gluten.

CONSISTENCY: excellent when cooked “al dente”.

COOKING TIME: about 7-9 minutes.

CHEF TIPS: add olive oil to the water and stir the pasta in the pot only after 3 minutes. Recommended amount for 4 people.
