TYPICAL ITALIAN PASTA

INGREDIENTS: italian durum wheat semolina, water, mushrooms (Boletus edulis and similar) 2%.

ALLERGENS: gluten and it may contain traces of clams and eggs.

CONSISTENCY: excellent when cooked “al dente”.

COOKING TIME: about 8 minutes.
