DRY INGREDIENTS FOR “SPAGHETTI ALLA NORCINA”

DESCRIPTION: dry ingredients for pasta sauce.

INGREDIENTS: salt, garlic, parsley, tomato, mint, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and similar), chili pepper, flavoring, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.).

ALLERGENS: it may contain traces of cereals (gluten), soy, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, peanuts, shellfish, dairy, sulfites.

CHEF TIPS: sautèe 2 teaspoons in a pan with olive oil. Add spaghetti “al dente” and stir them for a couple of minutes.
