TYPICAL ITALIAN POLENTA
INGREDIENTS: instant cornmeal, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and similar) 4%, mushroom flavoring, parsely, garlic.
ALLERGENS: it may contain traces of gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, shellfish, sulfites (in garlic).
HOW TO USE IT: boil 1 liter of salted water. Add the cornmeal, cook for at least 5 minutes stirring it until it reaches the density desired.
CHEF TIP: Recommended amount for 2 people.
