TYPICAL ITALIAN POLENTA

INGREDIENTS: instant cornmeal, summer black truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, flavoring.

ALLERGENS: it may contain traces of gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, shellfish.

HOW TO USE IT: boil 1 liter of salted water. Add the cornmeal, cook for at least 5 minutes stirring it until it reaches the density desired.

CHEF TIP:  Recommended amount for 2 people.
