INGREDIENTS: italian durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs 20%, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 0,1 %, flavorings.

ALLERGENS: gluten and it may contain traces of clams.

CONSISTENCY: excellent when cooked “al dente”.

COOKING TIME: about 7 minutes.
